Allison's Journey

http://www.denverpost.com/ci_13605816

We couldn't be more proud of the attention Allison is receiving for her project this summer. She and our babysitter, Joanna Pacheco, and Emily baked Stink Bug dog biscuits all summer and sold them in front along with lemonade and Jo's famous chocolate chip cookies. She has raised well over $1,000 and still going strong. Please stay posted here for more information on where to buy the biscuits.

(Trying this again with my email included!)

Hi Allison!
Your story was forwarded to me by co-worker - I'm the other Allison Winn in the world! I read about what you are doing to raise money, and I thought I could reach out and see if there's anything I can do - with my platform as an author - to help you. If you or your parents want to send me an email, I'm happy to contribute any efforts that I can! What a great thing you're doing!
All best,
Allison Winn (the other one)

Hi Allison,

I Saw your story about raising money for that little girl's dog today on the local news here in Seattle Washington. My girlfriend has survived two bouts with cancer in the past four years and I sat with her through every one of her "stink bug" sessions and I hated it. I cant even imagine what it must be like to actually be the person getting that awful stuff put in your body. Anyway I just wanted to tell you how amazing you and what you are doing are. Please keep us all posted on how things are going. Our little dog would love to eat some of your Stink Bug dog treats so let the world know where we can buy some.

Thank you for being a ray of sunshine on a cold October day here in Seattle.
